I had chronic pain. Less than one year ago, I would have said I have chronic pain. This is the only reason I can say that I fully understand chronic pain and now know how to decrease it.

Conquering Chronic Pain is an 8-week virtual program with a one month follow-up. It consists of the following:

WEEKLY educational content covering 6 modules:

LIFELONG access to the educational content and notification of when it is updated or expanded.

WEEKLY assignments

WEEKLY group coaching calls (75 min)

FOUR individual coaching calls (75 min)

  • Three within the 8-week program
  • One a month after the program ends 

ACCESS to Practice Better, an online platform to track food, exercise and mood. This is where notes and resources from coaching calls are stored, where coaching calls are scheduled, links to zoom calls are provided and where assignments can be completed or uploaded.
