Pain is complicated. Here is an explanation of why a program is the best way to address pain in it’s entirety and how this program is specifically designed to guarantee permanent success in reducing chronic pain.

My Personal Story

I had chronic pain. Less than one year ago, I would have said I have chronic pain. This is the only reason I can say that I fully understand chronic pain and now know how to decrease it.

What

Conquering Chronic Pain is an 8-week virtual program with a one month follow-up. It consists of the following:

WEEKLY educational content covering 6 modules: 

  • Change
  • Pain (2 parts)
  • Mental (2 parts)
  • Physical
  • Social
  • Maintenance 

LIFELONG access to the educational content and notification of when it is updated or expanded.

WEEKLY assignments

WEEKLY group coaching calls (75 min)

FOUR individual coaching calls (75 min)

  • Three within the 8-week program
  • One a month after the program ends 

OPTIONAL mentorship program: be partnered up with a person who has already completed the program for accountability and further support in your journey.
