On-Demand Perinatal Fitness

Sign-up to access an extensive on-demand library of perinatal fitness classes including strength workouts and yoga that you can do whenever it works best for you!

Created specifically for pregnant and postpartum bodies, these classes focus on the key components that will keep you feeling strong, flexible and energized: functional core, gluts and shoulders with an emphasis on strength, mobility and cardio fitness.

Perinatal Strength

These strength workouts emphasizes core, gluts and shoulder blades to build specific strength that will resolve or prevent symptoms and leave you feeling strong and capable in pregnancy and postpartum.

Sara Wright is a personal trainer, specializing in functional fitness for perinatal women.  She is certified by ISSA, ACE, GGS, and Jenny Putt, PT.  She lives in Santa Cruz with her husband and two kids, and also coordinates the local chapter of Surfing Moms.

Perinatal Yoga

These yoga classes focus on mobility and stability so you can receive maximum benefit from your yoga practice throughout pregnancy and postpartum.

Journey Revington has been a Certified Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga instructor since 2004. She is also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (NCC) and Certified Nurse Midwife (AMCB), and a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula (since 2003). When not teaching, she delights in spending time with her family in Santa Cruz, California.
