I started out as an orthopedic specialist and then added the pelvic floor as a specialty so I treat all of the holes but I also treat all of the joints and it’s all connected!
Perinatal individuals also tend to have pain in all areas of the body, not just the pelvic floor so I am here to treat anything and everything. It’s all common, but nothing is normal to live with.
Are you unsure what you should be doing during pregnancy to make it as smooth as possible? Do you feel like you don’t know where to begin when it comes to rebuilding after having a kid? Or do you know what you should or want to be doing but can’t find the time or energy to consistently do it? I got you.
As your health coach I’m there to advise when answers are needed, problem solve and strategize when there are barriers in your way, be there to hold you accountable to putting in the work, stand by you through struggles and celebrate all of the wins. Health coaching is the means to achieve all aspects of physical and emotional well-being and have fun along the way.
No pregnancy or postpartum is alike and often perinatal strength programming is not one size fits all. If classes or online programs aren’t working for you, individualized programming is exactly what you are looking for.
It’s also for anyone who needs some extra motivation or accountability. Or for individuals who have had a kid that have very specific fitness needs or goals. Being a physical therapist, I am extremely experienced at working around pain and injuries in addition to all phases of pregnancy and postpartum.
