With an emphasis on core, gluts and shoulders (plus a cardio component to boost endorphins and help you keep up with your busy littles), this program will help you return to all activities feeling better than ever before.
What can I expect from this program?
Postpartum Rehab starts slow and progresses according to your body’s needs. Starting with gentle daily programming and working up to 4 strength training sessions each week, your healing will help you decide how quickly you progress.
Start at 1 day postpartum or jump in years later (especially if you’re still experiencing discomfort) and progress toward dynamic weighted functional movements and single leg impact over the course of 8 months. Like all of my fitness offerings, Postpartum Rehab goes beyond the basic movements and includes education— learn the components of rebuilding a sound foundation so you can move forward stronger than ever.
