This course includes weekly group lives coaching calls to ensure your questions are answered and your individual experience is supported throughout your recovery and rebuild postpartum. At this time, Jenny is offering one-on-one support for individuals through text, email, phone and video calls. She recommends people set up a weekly day and time to send her an update to make sure weekly support occurs. Group live calls will return once her newest addition to the family allows for consistency in her schedule. You will also have access to all past call recordings within the course that you can view at any time.
