Clean Beauty Products

There is very little regulation around what ingredients can be used in beauty and self-care products. Many of these ingredients have since been proven to be cancer-causing and/or hormone disrupting and yet, they are still allowed in our everyday products. Many of these products are put on our skin which means that these harmful ingredients are going right into our blood supply. While some progress is being made, there is a long way to go before we can be confident that what is on the shelves is human-safe. Until then, we must educate ourselves so that we can make decisions for our own health.
