Becoming a parent is an adjustment. Education, direction, empowerment and support are mandatory but often absent in this transition.
A program provides the easy to access education and direction with weekly group coaching calls for accountability, support and community.
How the Programs Work
NEW PLATFORM, NEW STRUCTURE! A monthly subscription, you get to choose whether you want to weekly live calls.
Educational short videos (<10min), transcripts. Postpartum includes 40+ week strength program and interviews with perinatal professionals.
Support and access to Jenny with weekly live calls (Tues @ 6:00pm PST) and online community (optional).
These programs contain literally everything you need to know to navigate pregnancy, prepare for labor and delivery and then recover in postpartum.
The education needed to navigate this journey is pretty consistent but each person’s experience is very unique. This is why I offer live weekly calls as an option for more individualized support and an opportunity to ask questions.
Are Virtual Services as Effective as In-Person?
I was skeptical that virtual physical therapy would be effective especially when working with the pelvic floor but I have been amazed at the results that people get within a virtual program.
When you have no choice but to do the work yourself, you are more apt to do it AND you actually become better at all of it than I ever could be because you are in your body! I’ve witnessed it time and time again AND research supports this as well.
“If you are invested in having an empowered birth and/or recovery while feeling supported by an expert, you must try this program. I learned so much even though this was my third pregnancy. Jenny is super supportive and a wealth of knowledge.”
